The Champignon & The Fawn

So when I said I'd made a few of these things, I really wasn't joking! The Champignon (4 beds, 3 baths) is a largish home suited to a happily settled sim family, whilst The Fawn (2 beds, 2 baths) is a family home that has been built specifically to accomodate a narrower lot. Whilst both these homes are on smaller lots, their landscaping is only really just around the immediate home so they can easily be placed on larger lots for a bigger backyard or any additions you may want to make.

Goodness me, Beatdoc you are so very inspiring as always :) I adore all of your latest house shells and would download them in a heartbeat if I were playing TS3!
As it is, I'm going to save that link to the house plans and probably a couple of your pictures, to try and make some myself in TS2 when I get my time back ^_^ Thank you so much for the eyecandy!

You did a great job on both of these homes! I can't make up my mind which one to convert as they are all so pretty.

Beautiful once again. Call me crazy, but I actually really like the red/tan/white color combo's going on in these homes!

Eureka!
Oh! I finally got it! I am so so excited to finally make this work haha. I absolutely LOVE your homes and was so bummed when I couldn't get them to work. So after I clicked the link for the work around I couldn't get it to work (super sad moment!) Anywhoo, after I tried again and actually READ the entire thing instead of my super bad habit of skim reading I realized I was skipping a step and boof! Beautiful new homes to adorn my streets of Sunset Valley. More like Ghost-town Valley to be honest. Lol I have deleted pretty much every home there so I can make the exact neighborhood I want. Lol. Anyways, ty so very much again. You are simply amazing!!

I love all of your houses. I got them installed using the workaround but, even with the required CC, I still can't get the floor patterns to work. It's really odd. Also, when I tried to download the Insipide, I just got 2 of the same links for the CC.
